New Sim activation failure




I recently bought a new phone and needed a smaller Sim to get it working, unfortunately when I try to activate it I get a message telling me that my data did not match the systems. I definitely entered the correct data.


What can I do?

Hi Giovnni, can you login to your My3 account here: Check out how or if your account is registered and enter the same info.


At Three we are updating our systems to make your 3Community experience even better. From Friday the 24th of January, the community will become read-only in preparation for launching a new and improved 3Community later this year
