I have recently switched from bill pay to three pre-pay. My bill pay account was to expire yesterday 21.5.17. I was told that I can not switch my number until my account runs out. Today i have spent all day calling and chatting with your agents only to find out that apparently i can no longer transfer my old number to my new sim.To me this seems crazy especially considering I received advice about not going to the store prior to my account running out. I can't use your online switch SIM form since I can't receive the activation code on my old number. Can you please advise what my options is and how do I get my old number back?
The old number was registered under my name with three but nobody can seem to help me reactivate it on this new sim.
