Both the my3 app and mobile browser are telling me that "This service is not available on this device. Please use your 3 handest to acess this service" everytime i try to check my balance and interenet allowance etc.

@deano9617 I'm presuming your still having problems? It's been going on for a long time now. I don't know when they will be arsed to get it fixed...😒😒

Hi @Nathaniel, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community! Can you give me some more info as to what exactly is happening when you're trying to access your MY3 and I'll do my best to help? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again? Are you getting an error on both the app and the web version?
