Both the my3 app and mobile browser are telling me that "This service is not available on this device. Please use your 3 handest to acess this service" everytime i try to check my balance and interenet allowance etc.

@deano9617 I'm presuming your still having problems? It's been going on for a long time now. I don't know when they will be arsed to get it fixed...😒😒
