So, I ordered a Microsoft Lumia 535 on the 1st of December and until now, I received nothing. No email or the said item. I live chat with some of the advisors and they told me they will get it checked. But still, nothing. I wrote an email to complain as well. What should I do? Please help. I really need the phone and I paid for it.
