Incorrect Expiration Date and charges?


I was sent a text earlier today stating that my prepay was due to expire tomorrow. But I've had the SIM for less than the 28 days as it was purchased less than 20 days ago. Checking my account, it isn't set to expire until October. What is going on?


Second question is this, why did my balance decrease? I haven't made any international calls or been roaming.

Hi Hawk and welcome to the Community 👋 I'll need to look into why you got that text reminder so can you PM me your number please? Your balance might have decreased due to making calls to other Irish mobile providers or landlines. I'll check this too when you send your number. Deb
