If you go to the topping up section on your my3 account and choose top up by payment card, there should be an option for my payments cards can you see that? If you select that you can change them Smiley Happy

Hi I need to change my payment card as I lost my old one. But it won't let me me delete the old card details

Hi @Ronanh and welcome to 3Community! 👋 What error do you get when trying to delete your old card? Can you going to your Update Details section once logged into your Myy3 account?
