How do I move from bill pay to prepay

Anonymous

At the end of a billpay contract and want to move to prepay.

Can this be done online, I can't find it.

Or do I have to call?

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous, if your contract has ended it's no problem. You'll need to pick up a new Prepay SIM from any Three store or order one online, and give us 30 days notice. When the 30 days notice ends we can then move your Billpay number onto that new Prepay SIM.

I can take your 30 days notice here if you'd like to PM the details.

Thanks Sheena. It's my wife's phone. Can I pm the details or does she need to register and pm? Also, if she gives notice now, how does she notify that new sim (when she gets) needs the old number moved to it.

She would need to get in touch directly, but I'm happy to help her here if she registers.

Once the 30 days have ended she can send me on the new prepay number, and I'll arrange the swap to move her billpay number onto that SIM.
