Didn't receive credit

Hi, I bought credit through my bank account and did not receive it on my phone. The money was taken from my account.

I have been living in London for the past 4 months and have not topped up my phone in the past few months. I think this may be the cause of me not receiving the credit.

Also when I call 1745, it pops up with an error message and doesn't display my balance.

How can I receive my credit?
