Did not receive plan expiration message and lost 50€

Hi,

Last night my plan expired. Every month I receive a notification message which I did not receive this time. As a result I lost all my credit, something between 50 and 60 euro and was not able to call or connect to the internet or top up online. I even thought that the three network has a problem before I realize what happened.

I would like a refund please.
