Hi I have been paying Deezer from my call credit until I recently cancelled it. I was going to set up the family option but have since found out it cant be done. I wanted to set back up Deezer coming from my call credit but 3 chat told me to contact Deezer & the Deezer told me to contact three. Can anyone please advise me as to what to do here?I am just trying to get back what I had last month

Hi leef 👋 We are no longer partnered with Deezer. You can still set up billing through your phone with Deezer the same way Google Play and the IOS App Store work but we have no control over that here. If you have an active Deezer account, you should see that option in the billing settings but if it's not there, you will need to contact Deezer support on this one. Conor
