What is the minimum amount of time that 3 gives its customers that haven't topped up their Pre-Pay phone credit before deactivating their number/SIM?

Hi Olivia 👋 Thanks for getting in touch here and welcome to the Community. To keep your Prepay number from de-activating, you'll need to make a chargeable call every 3 -6 months and top up once every 6 months. If you're unsure, you can PM your number, full name, address and date of birth so I can check it on your behalf.


At Three we are updating our systems to make your 3Community experience even better. From Friday the 24th of January, the community will become read-only in preparation for launching a new and improved 3Community later this year
