Cyber Monday - not for existing customers

Currently Three are running a €20 off prepay phones offer for Cyber Monday. What they don't tell you is if you are an existing Three customer you can't avail of this offer. What you get when "upgrading" is the standard €90 spread over 9 months when you topup €20 per month. Topping up €20 per month provides you with all the data etc you need in a month, deeming this €90 credit pretty useless (for me anyways)! Way to reward loyalty to existing customers and mislead on the website!

Hi Sheena, I was talking to one of the customer service rep's on chat and she stated that I couldn't receive a code as I hadn't upgraded my phone in the last 12 months...

You would be eligible as long as you have topped up with €10 per month on average over the last 12 months, and haven't upgraded in the last year. Does that apply to you?
