Credit expiry before 6 month of non usage

Lookout

I always topup via the Internet banking. Still, I think I'm affected by some glitches in your billing system as my credit gets wiped out (in €20 chunks) before the actual six months elapse. That doesn't seem right.

Well you can get a report for the past 120 days and the three mods can calculate your top ups I think so they'll be able to look at the times and let you know. Send a pm to them and let us know how ya get on.

@two are you sure? Because it's 6 months for each 20 top up so are you with 3 longer than 6 months?

Three makes it hard to keep track of our usage so I record it myself. They usually steal €20 one week before the six months expiry. Again, I always use my bank for topping up so I just can't know any freaky rules Three tries to attach to their topups. And I got robbed for a hundred at least over the past few years. Just now I lost not €20 but €40 (probably due to the 2*20 math)!

So if I don't PM Three staff explicitly, they're not going to get involved here?

@two Hi there, the community is built on members helping each other and sharing their experiences. We encourage interaction, and @Mac_n_cheese gave very helpful info in their last post. For Three staff to get involved, all you need to do is directly ask any of the Mods in your post or pop me a PM 😊
