Three companies are having financial problems and this is changing the rules to try to save the company, but this is not our problem as consumers because we pay the service correctly and we are being harmed by this.
I started using the wind.it network here in Italy and I am happy with it, when I go back to Ireland I will better understand how the Wind Network works and it may be that I stop using Three Network.
What we must do is spread this bad situation to the maximum of people who know and use the Three network, alert them of the lack of respect with the consumer.
We will alert people to our social networks and to all possible internet communication vehicles.

Guys, I had losing my phone balance after changes in the Three Network top-up rules, nowadays they are 28 days of validity for expire top up. If you do not top up within 28 days and continue to use internet on your phone, Three starts to consume your balance without alert you about it with sms.
