Credit Vanished

I never have any issue with All you can eat prepay until last month. I topped up in time before the 14th of march and only 1 day later in April (my fault) but that day I received 10 text in a period of time of 15 minutes. The last one was "You have spent 61.05 on Internet Services since the 28/03/2017". Apart why I received 3Alerts text more then 15 days after the event but I want to know how is possible to be charged of all this money if you have All you cant eat and your traffic usage is the same every month. I called 1913 but non one could help. They told me hat amount was gone because I was in late of one day. I don't think it' possible because it happened another time before and I was charged only 12 Euro.

I topped up the 14th April to reactive the bundle and again the 9th May (28 day). The 16th May I received another 3 Alerts "You have spent 10.64 on Internet Services since the 28/04/2017". Again the 28 but If I have All you cat eat with 2 Giga allowance in roaming how is possible to be charged?

I always use my prepay for part of the day in Northern Ireland but never been charged before.

It happened to my mother too but for her was worst. Close to 100 Euro credit vanished.

Can someone explain me what is the issue and what I have to to to have my and my mother credit back.

At the moment I never turn on the data agai because I'm afraid to loose more money even inside Ireland borders.

By the way I hope I was enogh clear (not english mother tongue).

Same thing happened to me, just topped up and left my phone alone with the 4g on and had a text when I returned saying I had spent €20 on internet. Never gone over the allowance in a month so there is no way my idle phone managed to do so in a couple hours.

I just topped up €10 and I could use internet or anything so I called to check my balance and it's €0 but I received a message that the €10 was topped up how can that be?

Same issue here with my phone. I am in Italy (so I should have 5GB data in EU as according to my plan). However, I have received two texts from 3 Alerts stating I had spent €6.03 and successively €12.06 in Data usage. I am fairly certain that I have not used that much Internet, since I only had it on for a few minutes under 3G network.

Any help on the matter is kindly appreciated.

I become really disappointed after your answer because it prove that no one red all what I have written and no one whant to offer me a clear explanation of what happened. I attached for your better understanding the very start of my post maybe someone che read all before answer me and explain me with proper data why in may my allowance in may ended in 7 days!

Hopefully this time I will have a complete explanation about how to have my credit back. If the situation will remain the same I will force to move to another operator.

Still no explanation for more than 60 Euro vanished from my credit and no usage report available for march when the issue started.

Very poor costumer care service. Shops are only good to sell you something but if you need help to solve a problem you can only chat or call to get through the issue. No chance to have a conversation with someone face to face.

I thought that in my country mobile operator costumer care was bad but here its worst. No doubt.

I will move to another operator. I don't want to have more money taken from my and my mother account without a reason.

Again poor poor service.

Very disappointed.
