Still no explanation for more than 60 Euro vanished from my credit and no usage report available for march when the issue started.
Very poor costumer care service. Shops are only good to sell you something but if you need help to solve a problem you can only chat or call to get through the issue. No chance to have a conversation with someone face to face.
I thought that in my country mobile operator costumer care was bad but here its worst. No doubt.
I will move to another operator. I don't want to have more money taken from my and my mother account without a reason.
Again poor poor service.
