I switched to Vodafone yesterday and today I was charged by €20 top up despite no longer being a customer. I was unable to login to my3 account and stop the scheduled top up and remove my card as my number is no longer recognised.
How do I get my €20 back?

@mccartj5if there's no number for the top up credit to attach onto it's 3 to 5 working days to return. Anyone else that has issues with a top up like this get back the funds.
