Charged for too much of mobile data.

Hi all. I topped up by 20 on the 9th of November, and as soon as the allowance expired (on the 8th of December) I was charged for all the data I used since the last top up, rather than for the data used during this one day when the allowance was gone. Is this how it's supposed to be working?

Try reading the post before you answer. Does what you wrote really anwer why I was charged for entire data I used throughout the four week period? Should I not be just charged for the data I used on that one day out of allowance?

Hi @jw23, any usage from when your plan expired will be taken from your credit. You plan would have been active for 28 days so this would have just been taken when it had expired. You can check out the plan here: 3.ie/dn3gc
