Charged for Out of allowance data on PrePay

I've been charged for a lot of data usage since march 26th but I didn't need to top up until April 4th and I haven't been anywhere but Dublin since then. 

Why is this and what can be done about it?

Hi Madeline, these messages are not sent in real time and include ant charges outside your bundle since your last top up. For example, any calls that you made within your top up.

I'm sorry I'm still confused. I've only called over whatsapp with wifi, and don't think I've done anything outside of my allowance even since my last top up!
