Charged Twice


I was topping up my by €20 on 6/12/2019 at about 21:00.

I was charged twice and got a top up of €40. I only clicked once and only authorised payment for €20.

Is it possible to reverse this?

Please, €40 is too much credit for one month's credit.

If it's on your credit it cant be reversed. It can happen if you accidentally reload the page.

Hi @paolozz92 👋 Welcome to our Community! As Mac has said, if the credit is already on your phone, it cannot be reversed. However, if you can send me a PM with your number, full name, address and date of birth I'll see if there is anything I can do for you in regards to next months' top up? Susan
