Can't Apply Broadband Adds on to my account

I've topped up by €20 & am trying unsuccessfully to add on €15 broadband option. Telling me service is unavailable....since Saturday??? Seriously??

Hi Gena, Where are you trying to do this? Have you tried calling 083-3333333 to do this?
