I have a problem that is literally tearing my hair out! I have bought a Moto E5 phone for xmas and i have also bought her a Pay as you go sim card from Three, i have topped it up with £10 and inserted into the new phone last night.
Everything works fine, can make and receive calls etc. However when i have downloaded the Three app, no matter what i try it will not work. It keeps saying there is a problem and to try later. I have tried uninstalling etc and using wifi then just using 4g and nothing is working.
The error is throws up is 114 - My3 is currently unavailable in your location!
I am in the UK and i know it works in the UK as my dad is also on three and it works fine.
I have tried the chat support but getting no where.
Is the app working for everyone else ok in the UK? i am in the north east
