Can I get a refund now please!

It's been a week now with no update on what went wrong or a refund given back.

Why should the customer have to wait for updates on this error instead of just giving the credit that was taken back? This is unacceptable and if it was the other way round I'm sure things would be much different.

Can I please just get my credit back today!!!
