I have just discovered that called 3.ie from the Uk involves a mobile charge on the number 00353 83 3333333 so all the times ive called 3 about this or to buy a broadband add on have cost me £46!
I'm furious. Can anyone tell me how to call a landline number?

Before topping up I though I would attempt to see if trying to purchase an addon with insufficient credit to do so would result in me receiving the correct error message of not enough fund to apply this addon but that does not happen

Hi i have just joined this community in desperation, i have no problem paying for a top up, that part of the site works extremely efficiently. The problem occurs when i want to convert that topup to addons like everyone else i get the message -

This service is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.
None of the help phone numbers work either, i have tried with my uk phone and my irish phone and am told that this number is unavailable. I have spent money and time on this stupid problem.
i have rung these two numbers
+353 83 333 3333 and
+353 83 333 333 both these numbers are listed on the 3 website.
I want to throw the dongle in the bin and get my topup refunded, has anyone managed to get a refund from this company?.
I also have a huawwei mobile wifie 5730 which is using a tesco sim, i can topup and buy data very easily online via the tesco web site, so i think i want my 3 topup refunded and i will use the dongle with a tesco sim.

The service is still down on the website and in the app as well. For phone customers it would be at least an option if they could send a text to 3 services to buy a broadband addon but for broadband only customers that's not possible and how should they call 3 without costs?

Hi there, can you PM your details and I'll look into this for you. You can put your broadband SIM in a phone and call 1744 to apply the add-on too.

Thanks for your reply. No, thanks I will not PM you because:
1. this occurs to several accounts and numbers
2. my SIM wouldn't fit any of my phones
3. I do not wish to call 3
Just simply fix your services you offer or take them out.
