Add on

Hi, I had about €10 left from my last top up in my account but my credit had expired. I then went to buy an add on for €5 for data and it said it was successful. However after using only 32mb my credit had dropped to €0 and now I'm stuck and my account is empty, please fix this or refunds my account.
