Dear Rachel,
"it's aliiivvveee" (frankenstein...)
It is working but the broadband(3g/LTE) is still trailing slow (Latency:
440 ms) whereas the 4g on smartphone is good(Latency: 96ms).
looks we are going in the right direction!!

Hi Rachel,

I have change the modem set up to network 4G only from 4G preferred, forcing the 4G network and the latency is back down to 50ms.. Much better!

 

Back in business!
