Navigator
When is the big upgrade in our area completed. For the past few days my 4g broadband is virtually dead (even frequent rebooting) and on mobile phone, 4G available (3bars) but cannot play video in social network.Error message states "disconnected from network".
Any updates on works carried out?
Cheers

Dear Rachel,
"it's aliiivvveee" (frankenstein...)
It is working but the broadband(3g/LTE) is still trailing slow (Latency:
440 ms) whereas the 4g on smartphone is good(Latency: 96ms).
looks we are going in the right direction!!
Thanks for the update
Cheers

@cuhullainn I've checked your location and I can see that one of the masts in your area is partially down.  Your service is likely being impacted by this but we are looking into it. Have you seen any improvement this morning? I've asked for an update on this and I'll come back to you as soon as  I have it.

Thanks Paddy, so it was okay and then just now, it has dropped? It's likely to do with the mast in your area. Tech are looking into it and the minute I have an update on this I'll let you know here. In the meantime can you disable 4G and try 3G only to see if that helps?

Hi Rachel ,
No difference, in fact my 3g (H+)signal drops to 2bars and takes longer to
give me the error:
"Unable to play video,
Your device has been disconnected from the network. Connect to a network
and try again." Same on my wife's phone.
Cheers

Thanks for trying it, Paddy. I'll keep you updated here but right now I can see that service is being impacted due to the mast nearby.

@cuhullainn Just popping back to you here. Tech have made some changes, can you reboot/reset your modem and try using the service again? Let me know if the changes made have helped. Thanks'
