@cuhullainn I've checked your location and I can see that one of the masts in your area is partially down. Your service is likely being impacted by this but we are looking into it. Have you seen any improvement this morning? I've asked for an update on this and I'll come back to you as soon as I have it.

Thanks Paddy, so it was okay and then just now, it has dropped? It's likely to do with the mast in your area. Tech are looking into it and the minute I have an update on this I'll let you know here. In the meantime can you disable 4G and try 3G only to see if that helps?
