3 mobile data

My plan ran out last night and I couldn't top up until today, but as I didn't know my month was up my mobile data was still on and all my credit has been used up I find this very annoying as I had quite a bit of credit on my phone as I need it for work, why can't three text when the time is up rather than message after they took all of your credit!!

I definitely understand where you're coming from with this @Sherbett and appreciate your feedback on it. I've this feedback passed on to the team here to take on board.

At the moment, the best way to avoid this is to set up a reminder in your phone 28 days from when you top up. Let me know if you need anything else.
