Make Call

 

  1. Tap Phone on the Apps screen.
  2. Enter a phone number. If the keypad does not appear on the screen, tap Keypad icon to open the keypad.
  3. Tap the Phone icon to make a voice call, or tap Video to make a video call.

 

Send Text/MMS

 

  1. Tap Messages on the Apps screen.
  2. Tap New Message icon.
  3. Enter a message.
  4. Add recipients from the contacts list.
  5. Attach files.
  6. Tap Send.

 

Connect to Wi-Fi

 
Activate the Wi-Fi feature to connect to a Wi-Fi network and access the Internet or other
network devices.
 
  1. On the Settings screen, tap ConnectionsWi-Fi, and then tap the switch to activate it.
  2. Select a network from the Wi-Fi networks list. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon.
  3. Tap CONNECT. Once the device connects to a Wi-Fi network, the device will reconnect to that network each time it is available without requiring a password. To prevent the device connecting to the network automatically, select it from the list of networks and tap FORGET.

    Note: If you cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network properly, try restarting your device’s Wi-Fi feature or try restarting your wireless router.

 

Add Email Account

 
  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Select Email.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Your phone will automatically detect your email settings.
  6. Enter a name for the account.
  7. Enter the name to appear on outgoing emails.
  8. Tap Done
 

Pair a Bluetooth Device


  1. On the Settings screen, tap Connections → Bluetooth, and then tap the switch to
    activate it. The detected devices are listed.
  2. Select a device to pair with. If the device you want to pair with is not in the list, check that the Visibility setting on the device is turned to on.
  3. Accept the Bluetooth connection request on your device to confirm. The devices will be connected when the other device accepts the Bluetooth connection request.

 

Unlock Phone

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.

 

  1. Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  2. Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  4. Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
