Make Call

 

Learn how to make a call with your new phone.


1. Tap Phone.
2. Type in a number, or tap Contacts and select a contact you want to call.
3. Tap Phone. If you have a second SIM inserted, tap the corresponding icon to make a call from a specific SIM.

 

Send Text

 

Keep in touch with your friends and family through text messages.

 

  1. Tap Messaging
  2. Tap +
  3. To add a recipient, type a number in the recipients box. To add a contact, start typing their name, and tap the contact.
  4. Type your message in the text box.
  5. Tap Send.

 

Connect to WLAN

 

  1. Tap Settings > WLAN.
  2. Switch WLAN to On.
  3. Select the connection you want to use.

 

Turn on Mobile Data

 

Tap Settings > Airplane & more, and switch Cellular data on.

 

Add an Email Account

 

You can use your phone to read and reply to mail when you're on the go.

 

  1. Tap Email.
  2. Add or delete a mail account.
  3. When you use the Email app for the first time, you are asked to set up your email account.
  4. Type in your email address, and follow the instructions shown on your phone.
  5. To add an account later, tap Burger icon > Settings > Add account.

 

Pair a Bluetooth Device

 

Use Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to your friend's phone, to share photos, and much more.

 

  1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is switched on in both phones.
  3. Make sure both phones are visible to other phones. You need to be in the Bluetooth settings view for your phone to be visible to other phones.
  4. You can see the Bluetooth phones within range. Tap the phone you want to connect to, and tap Pair.
  5. If the other phone needs a passcode, type in or accept the passcode.
    The passcode is only used when you connect to something for the first time.

 

Unlock Phone

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.

 

  1. Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  2. Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  4. Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
