Registered SIM but no service

I registered my new SIM yesterday and was told that it would take 3 hours to take effect. It’s now 14.5 hours and I have no service. I have tried turning phone off and on but no joy

If it's a Prepay SIM can you ensure that you're details are registered through My3, so your name, address & date of birth? Then submit the request again here 👍
