No network coverage on new sim

Hello everyone,,

I lost my phone and got a new sim card to get my old number back. I filled out the form online and have had it in the new phone for 24 hours but still no sign of any coverage. I have restarted the phone a couple of times and still no joy.

@Ushergomes Did you get an email to say anything about problems. If the info on the form is not all matching then it gets rejected.
