Just bought a new 3Prism - SIM card is not being detected. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

Hi @Paulk, are you entering this in correctly and is it the correct SIM type?

Have you tried the SIM that you have already? It could be an issue with the phone itself. You can pop into any Three store to have this assessed Paul.
