Whether you’re serious about getting fit, or just looking to have some fun, there’s an app here for you!


Couch to 5K

This app really does start you on the road to getting fit which as we all know can be quite daunting. It’s simple to use and the pace of this app and the sessions are really good for beginners. It allows you to become comfortable with running before really upping the challenge and it’s a pretty great feeling when you finally reach the 5k goal!









If running is your thing, then Runkeeper is a must. This great app is packed full of features so you can take your training to the next level. It’s compatible with your smart watch and heart rate monitor and you can add friends and share your progress for extra motivation. It’s easy to use and it only take a few taps to start a new session. This app is great if you want to run and track your progress, but also has a wealth of extra features if you want to go the extra mile (pun intended!)







Zombies, run

This great app makes your regular run that bit more interesting. This app allows you to walk/jog/run on a treadmill or outside while making you one of the main characters in the Zombie storyline which you listen to as you exercise. There’s even an option for Zombie chases, but you may want to save that for when you know you can outrun them! This app will certainly help you to feel more motivated while playing your part in this story and it will absolutely keep you on your toes.

I can promise you that using this app will make you will feel the burn! It’s a great way of getting started with a new fitness routine or adding to an existing one. It only takes 7 minutes and the app is simple and easy to use. Give it a go, and let us know how you get on, I’m sure it gets easier after a while!

You can join groups, build networks and join teams to make it more rewarding when you achieve your targets and goals. This app has the feel of a Community to it, which is why we love it so much! Earning points, unlocking achievements and completing quests all while receiving support and encouragement make this a super fitness app.
