Just moved to three on the unlimited plan
moved from Plusnet, ported number over and realised I can make out going calls
showing my correct number when calling out.
Anyone who tries to call in gets a dead tone
calls from three and the support guys are able to call in.
Spoke with support who then escalated to number porting, got a message a week later to say resolved
worked for one day and now the same issue
The handset is a Samsung S9, when I go into about phone it shows the original sim number and you are unable to change it, even though the support advised I can?
Anyone had same issue or any suggestions?

I have added my number in there, but there is know way to make it the main number, it just sits behind the original sim number.

it worked for at least a day when support said they had rectified the porting issue threough T Mobile.
Then got home last night and the wife had been trying to call and the line is dead again
they have re-escalated this but fed up now

AH, This is the forum for Three Ireland, you mentioned T-Mobile, that network isnt in Ireland, unless you mean Tesco Mobile?
