I have been attempting to transfer my old number from Virgin to Three. I followed the process of getting a PAC code when setting up the new contract, and submitted this - Virgin have confirmed that PAC code has been used.
However Three insist that the number I am transferring is already registered to another user and therefore they cannot transfer it. This is impossible as I have that number for a number of years!
I have spoken to about 5 different customer service people at Three with no luck - can anybody please help??
