I got a message/pop up saying I could Re-register for the New My3 Portal and I could use one username and password for My3, 3Plus and Webtexts. When I entered my number, it said “We encountered a problem with this process. Please try again or click on the Chat invite to contact one of our customer service agents for assistance.” The live chat agents didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried it with someone else’s number and it worked.
Is this feature rolling out to people or is my account broken? This is the website
