Error Re-Registering for New My3

I got a message/pop up saying I could Re-register for the New My3 Portal and I could use one username and password for My3, 3Plus and Webtexts. When I entered my number, it said “We encountered a problem with this process. Please try again or click on the Chat invite to contact one of our customer service agents for assistance.” The live chat agents didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried it with someone else’s number and it worked. 


Is this feature rolling out to people or is my account broken? This is the website

Hi @CillBill This is a new feature but not available to all customers as of yet. Are you still able to access your original My3 account?

Yes, I’m able to login fine. Do you know when will it be available?
