Direct carrier billing

Hi,

I ported my number from Vodafone to three today. I had direct carrier billing set up with my google play account to pay for subscriptions from my credit balance.

This was not transferred into over also and I presumed it would be. I’m unable to change the details in my google play account and when I contacted them to fix it they told me to contact three because they handle the billing.

Are you able to fix this for me?

@colinmanutd1 Did you contact Vodafone is it and they told you to contact Three? I think you need to cancel it first in your google account settings and then set it back up under three billing but it depends on whether its supported with Three. What service is it and are you a pay as you go or bill pay on Three?
