How can I top up?

There are lots of ways to buy credit with Three:


In My3

You can buy credit using My3 on your mobile or online.

First, register your credit or debit card details and you’ll be able to top up online, with My3 on your mobile or by dialling 1744 (1913 for FlexiFix) with your My3 Access PIN.



To top up with a voucher freetext TOPUP and your voucher code to 50272.

To top up using a credit card freetext Topup, the amount and the last 4 digits of your registered card details to 50100 - eg. TOPUP 20 1234. (No need to enter the € sign). First register your card details in My3.

Instant Top Up

Top up quickly and easily with our new Instant Top up. Simple!

Call 1744

Call 1744 and choose the top up option. You’ll get the option to either use a card you’ve pre registered in My3 or to enter a new card. You can enter your 16-19 digit payment card number, the expiry date & csc code and choose to buy a €10, €20, €25, €30, €35, €40 or €50 top up. You can then choose to save the card for future use so you’ll only have to enter the last 4 digits of the card number the next time you want to use it. You can save up to 4 laser, debit or credit cards.



Login to My3 at

Click on Click on Topping Up>Top up by payment card


Select Planet 3 (usually a saved bookmark on your browser page)

Click on My3

Click on Topping Up>Top up by payment card



Three customers who have an AIB bank account are able to top-up,

  1. When signed onto their internet banking account, in “Mobile Top Up” section of
  2. When dialling 0818 724 724 and choosing the "Top Up your mobile" option
  3. When visiting an AIB ATM


Three customers who have a BOI bank account are able to top-up:

  1. Within the ‘Money Transfer’ section. Please select the ‘Mobile Top up’ screen of
  2. When visiting an BOI ATM

In Stores

You can also top up with a voucher from any Three store or over 10,000 convenience stores nationwide. For a list of where these are click here.


Voice customers - just call 1744 (1913 for FlexiFix), key in your voucher number and off you go. Mobile broadband customers - go to to activate your voucher, and use your credit to choose a broadband add on.


On Three’s Facebook Page

You can buy top up credit for you or a friend on our Facebook Page and you won't even need a Facebook account to get top up this way.
