Getting a replacement SIM

There are a couple of things you need to do:



You’ll need to get a replacement SIM card so we can reactivate your account. You can get one by contacting our Customer Services Team, or dropping into your local 3 Store or stockist.

Click here to find your nearest store.

Once you have your new sim click here and enter the required details so we can activate your new sim card. You'll need to do this to get you up & running again.


Mobile / Modem

If you have Insurance, you’ll need to wait for your claim to be processed before you can get a new device. If you don’t have Insurance, please contact our Customer Services Team and we’ll talk you through your options. You might be entitled to an upgrade, or we may be able to offer you with a replacement device at a reduced cost, pending stock availability. We’ll do our best to get you back up and running as quickly as possible!
