@Katie2 Are you out of credit or something? Open up a browser and if it says "out of credit" then top up and see if it works, maybe?

@Katie2 thanks for reaching out. Hmmm, that’s a strange one can you let me know where exactly it happens and if you’ve tried a reboot if possible? Are you on Bill pay or prepay?
