This morning My3 shows the possibility of broadband add-ons!

One question - the Mods on here suggested I call 1744 to buy add-ons, but when I try that I hear a recording saying this call is not allowed. What is that about?

You will only be able to dial this number if you are calling from a Three SIM. If its another network phone you are calling from, you can dial 0833333333 and this will bring you to the same menu options.

@JonMac46when you ring that number, make sure you use your broadband number when asked so you are given the right add ons and wait for the last option if it's the €25 add on for the month..the others are not great  value in my opinion.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. When I call that number I hear a recording "calls to this number are not allowed," just tried it again and it sounds like to voice I hear when I call Eir.

I don't have Three SIM in the phone.
