This is strange ..?? Any help??

Hi folks , My mobile all you can eat data does not connect on my mobile but when I turn on the mobile hotspot other devices can pick up the phones data no problem .  

 

I never had this issue before , it just happened this morning .  

 

Basically there's no connection when trying to go online with the phone but the phones hotspot picks up devices and the devices connect to the internet no problem.  ??? 😵

I had the wrong apn access point proxy filled in . sorted now.

Okay WhatsApp works on the phone .  chrome won't connect or YouTube or the google play store .  ( this is only happening on the phone)

Hi it is an Alcatel android phone  ( 3 prism)  could it be an issue with the apps ???  WhatsApp works fine , so confused.

GaryLennon91, it's kinda like the problems we had when we were trying to send our customers sms with our promotions about company we represent. Some additional tips from technical specialists helped us a lot to understand what should we do in our bulk sms services. It all depends on each separate model of mobile phone you use. Have you tried another phone by testing this type of issue?
