Rubbish broadband in W. Cork

0.7 Mbps here for past three days. Unable to use laptop. What is going on? This level of service is totally unacceptable.

Hey @ROGER1 👋 Thanks for getting in touch. You can check out one of our 3MadeEasy blogs here on how to improve your broadband signal here and let us know if this helps?

Are you for real? It's your job to provide a broadband service to me. Is this current problem due to congestion? Maybe you should stop overselling and do something for the regular customers who have to put up this rubbish sevice

If the above troubleshooting didn't resolve this for you, I can certainly take a further look for you. Can you send me a PM with the broadband number, exact address or eircode, date of birth and your name please and we can take it from there?

@ROGER1 I think the coverage article was just to help you rule out other things before they opened an investigation. There's no selling material on it. did it turn out to be a service issue in Cork?

I am not a Three employee. I'm just a little helper Smiley Happy

You are not alone buddy. I've provided a bit more details in my original post - in short, the signal has severely dropped for me as well 5 days ago [Western Road, Cork City]. Hopefully we can get it back, even if only 3G is usable - could not get any usable speeds on 4G anyway in all 6 months since I've joined Three.
