@peterthehermit and @BartoszL Can you both check out the article from @Mac_n_cheese before you send your account information through to me? To make sure what we actually can provide, suits you and to ensure that you are 3Ireland customers as well? As this is an open forum, Three UK customers can often find themselves on this forum. We don't have any access to 3UK databases/account systems and the company is separate. Thanks

Three – Covid-19
In the interest of ensuring the health & safety of our employees, our contact support centres are open, however we currently have limited resources. This may cause higher than normal wait times.
Under the advice of the government, our stores remain open. We have enhanced cleaning in place and are strongly enforcing social distancing which we encourage our customers to respect. We have also reduced the opening hours in all our stores
