I spent 40 minutes on Three's Live Chat support and over an hour on the telephone and nobody had any idea as to what port forwarding was let alone enabling this.
Can someone here help? All ports are closed regardless of configuration (with particular ports forwarded and even an IP address setup as DMZ).

Thanks for the quick reply.
I didn't even stop to look at the URL when I arrived - unfortunately I'm in the UK and the "support" is absolutely clueless. There doesn't seem to be a forum either!

Yeah , were lucky to have a forum in Ireland as its a great way to get solutions to problems like this that you would spend half a day on phone to someone in a call centre.

I have a huawei three router b525. Im trying to setup portforwarding to a cctv camera (which has a static ip)
This was working previously, but someone factory reset the router.
Are there specific ports i need to forward to or do three need to open them for me?
I have setup my camera under virtual host but
I have ddns set up to point to a no ip host.
I was told we have a public ip, but no body in support knows anything about port forwarding. But i suspect its something on ISP end
Any assistance would be great

@icmguser Hello there and welcome to the Community. Have you had a chance to look at our 3MadeEasy blog in relation to a Public IP 👉 click here What we do is open the APN's on your account to enable port forwarding. I'll check here if the APNs settings are correct for use with CCTV ( PM me with your details) however, if they are and you are unable to connect to your CCTV, you'll need to contact the installer.
