Hi CarlH 👋 The Network team have located to cause on the mast and are currently working on a fix for it. In this case, they don't need to call you to troubleshoot but they may still text to advise of the update. They can take 24-48 hours to do this though. We are in direct contact with them here via email so I'll keep you updated whenever I have new information. They are working on having it back to normal asap. Conor
