Misleading advertising




I believe that the Three advertising of  mobile broadband is somewhat unclear and lacks the message that it is highly likely that your broadband speed will drop to the minimum 1.1 something mb that they have written in the contract.  To suggest that streaming and gaming are possible at  reasonable times of day is misleading, contention, congestion, throttling or whatever it may be called all prevent these as being realistic activities unless you wish to do them at early morning but certainly not after cicrca 4pm.

@ARJN  Fair enough thats your experience but mine is different I get good speeds and there are loads of people that get good speeds like with Mobile Broadband services, it not guaranteed because its OTA but to say that everybody is getting poor speeds is also misleading. People don't come looking for support if they are not experiencing any issues so its fair to say that anyone that comes here re broadband speeds it's to say that they are notcing slow speeds during peak times and som have seen improvement when they change settings and move the router to different areas in house/apartment. Whats have you tried so far?
